Steve and Marti have been married for 50 years and are the parents of Matt (48) Company President and CEO of Reeves Realty and Reeves Property Management SC and NC, and Troy (46) VP Reeves Realty and Reeves Property Management - Piedmont Region SC and NC, and are grandparents to 7 - Madeline, Samuel, and Willow (Matt and Jill), and Ansley, Isaac, Wrynn, and Jud (Troy and Meghann). Steve has been in the local real estate business for 27 years following a 25-year career in the US Soft Drink industry. Steve and Marti founded Reeves Realty and Reeves Property Management in 2009. Steve is the current Broker in Charge of Reeves Realty and Reeves Property Management; Matt currently is also a custom homebuilder in the Upstate. Troy's wife Meghann serves the Office Manager for the company. Vivian Gardner serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Company.

We are a locally-owned and faith-driven real estate and property management company located in Rock Hill, SC and serving the upper Piedmont counties in SC, the Greater Charlotte NC Region, and the Upstate of SC. We are members of the Charlotte Regional MLS which covers North and South Carolina, and also the Western Upstate MLS which covers the Upstate of SC.
